HOW TO ORDER?
Two options :
-
- browse the site and pick up items you are interested in, putting them in the cart and checking-out
- contact us and tell us what products not on the website you are looking for.

HOW CAN I KNOW SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING ?
To know shipping & handling (S&H) costs, after having put the items you wanted in the cart, click on "checkout". The first step will show you S&H costs; you can choose express or economy. At this time you can stop the order if you like. This will cancel your order. S&H costs are calculated on an estimate of your items weight.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Orders are sent only after having received full payment for them. It usually takes between 1 to 4 days to get all the items, prepare the packet and ship it. Shipping takes about 1 week for express airmail, 2 from 4 weeks for economy airmail.
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Log in your account.
Your order can have three different status:
- Open: payment has not yet been received. We are waiting for it before proceeding with your order. Please note that change of order status is not in real time. If you just paid now don't expect your order status to change immediately.
- Proceeding: we are waiting for one or several items before shipping. It is also possible that the Post office is not open at that time. Order is not yet shipped.
- Sent: order has been shipped out.
I WANT TO UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER
Once your order has been shipped it is not possible to update it or cancel it.
However as long as the order is still pending, you can contact us for updating it.
